Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition and meet the following conditions:
- Item is in its original packaging with all tags attached
- Item is unworn, unaltered, and unused
- Item is returned within 30 days of delivery
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our support team via email at support@blossoma.shop. We will respond to your request within 1–2 business days with further instructions. Please ensure you provide your order number and reason for return in your initial email.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return eligibility conditions. If approved, a refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that refunds via Shopify Payments may take additional time to process due to bank processing times.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or payment method to ensure it hasn’t been processed. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@blossoma.shop and we will investigate the matter further.
Exchanges
We only offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our support team via email at support@blossoma.shop and we will provide a replacement or refund, depending on availability.
Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for paying return shipping costs. For orders over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the item is delivered to us safely. Please keep a record of your return tracking number, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or undelivered returns.
